Our Consultants input applicant details directly onto the system during the registration process. Similarly, temporary bookings and permanent positions are entered immediately they are received. This automatically updates the database and allows an accelerated search and job match for our clients.

The fully computerised database benefits our clients and our applicants in many different ways. It increases efficiency by instantly and effortlessly searching CV's and the database. It even alerts potential candidates of suitable positions by emailing or texting them as soon as they are entered on the system.

The system also increases our service by quickly and automatically producing letters, forms and reports through email, fax or the printer.

Qwiz testing and training is established as the world-wide leader in competency assessments.

Northern Employment Services invested in Qwiz over 12 years ago. We recognised the benefits of being able to guarantee candidates skills by the testing assessments and also the advantages to our applicants and clients of the training and cross training.

We have regular updates to the system to ensure we meet the changing demands of our clients and we have recently installed Qwiz Online, the Industry's first Web-delivered simulation testing system. This includes their award winning tests for bio-data Call Centre assessments.
