Meet the Team

The Directors of the business - Joan Pooley and Stephanie Duckworth, have over 50 years experience in recruitment and have excellent knowledge of industry and commerce within the North West region.

Both previously held senior management positions with a national agency before opening Northern Employment Services in 1994.

Joan and Stephanie have also been awarded the prestigious fellow status within the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
